As a Treasury Opeations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach, building strategic partnership, and driving revenue growIf you have a strong background within the industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you ! About the role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive talents to join EBC Tech Limited on a full-time basis . Based in Admiralty, Central and Western District , you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. This is a pivotal role that ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the executive office, enabling key stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities. Your contribution will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of the organisation. Key responsibilities - Execute payments and fund transfers through various banking platforms and payment networks, including SWIFT, local clearing systems, and payment gateways - Perform reconciliations, exception handling and reporting - Act as first line of defense to screen payments and transfers in compliance with internal controls and company policies - Collaborate with Finance Operations to support transactions posting - Participate in process improvement projects to enhance treasury efficiency and automation - Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior Requirements Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in FinTech, Crypto/Digital Asset, Brokerage, Payment Service Provider (PSP), E-wallet, or Financial Institution Proficiency in MS Office Experience with treasury management or financial operations Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills Detailed-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo, would be highly preferred Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
