CURRENT EMPLOYEES : Please log into Workday Click Here to apply internally through the "Jobs Hub" Job Description Job Summary The Performance Improvement/Infection Control Coordinator supports the PI/Risk Management Department, Facility staff, leadership, and Medical staff by identifying and facilitating process improvement and safety opportunities. Facilitates implementation of evidence-based practices by performing data extraction and analysis and PI methodologies. Actively leads and participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality and safety programs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to develop, review and revise Performance Improvement/Risk Management/Safety processes protocols, policies and procedures. Ensures appropriate infection control practices during building construction/remodeling Reviews microbiology reports and reports unusual occurrences. Maintains current knowledge and competency by participating in on going educational activities related to infection control practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's in healthcare Preferred Qualifications 2 years in Performance Improvement CPHG/AIPC Certification Registered Nurse and /or Epidemiology Experience 
Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
