PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY:
The overall purpose of the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) is to provide implementation and technical support to providers to ensure the successful development and delivery of Triple P within mental health agencies, non-profit family services, courts system, and private and public health systems.
The Triple P Project and Data Manager will oversee program evaluation and assist with the implementation of the Triple P initiative and supporting activities in Cherokee, Graham, Clay, Macon, Swain, Jackson, Haywood, Transylvania, Henderson, Polk, Rutherford, Buncombe, Madison, Yancey, Mitchel, McDowell and Burke Counties
The Triple P Project and Data Manager will develop and coordinate evaluation logistics of all five levels of the Triple P-Positive Parenting Program by maintaining community buy-in for the project and leading the development of tools and resources to support the submission and collection of program data to further regional and state initiatives.
The Triple P Project and Data Manager leads Triple P activities in assigned counties and assists in the overall implementation of the Triple P program within the region.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Collection and Evaluation
Work with NC Department of Public Health and MAHEC Program Manager to collect, analyze and disseminate program activity data
Develop and monitor comprehensive statistical and narrative program reports and evaluations
Develop and manage data base and web based/electronic registration tracking for Triple P trainings and programs
Interact with evaluation and quality improvement team to support data collection and dissemination
Evaluate and interpret data to inform ongoing work of Triple P in Cherokee, Graham, Clay, Macon, Swain, Jackson, Haywood, Transylvania, Henderson, Polk, Rutherford, Buncombe, Madison, Yancey, Mitchel, McDowell, Burke Counties
Responsible for the development, design, and implementation of outcome evaluations at the local and state levels
Perform data collection and data entry duties, including communication with practitioners regarding evaluation requirements
Provide ongoing implementation support and coaching to Triple P practitioners as it pertains to evaluation requirements to ensure the maintenance of local Triple P services to families and continued evaluation efforts
Develop and manage web based provider resources to assist with program implementation and data collection
Create and maintain data dashboards for community coalitions and agencies
Create reporting tools to use with practitioners and agencies
Project Management
Assist with overall implementation of policies, practices and procedures across agencies in Cherokee, Graham, Clay, Macon, Swain, Jackson, Haywood, Transylvania, Henderson, Polk, Rutherford, Buncombe, Madison, Yancey, Mitchel, McDowell, Burke Counties
