The Retail Sales and Operations Manager drives the day-to-day commercial operations and sales performance of TUMI retail stores in Thailand. This role analyses key performance indicators (KPIs) to bridge performance gaps, optimizing sales conversion and luxury service standards. You will collaborate cross-functionally to execute brand initiatives, provide hands-on store support, and deliver weekly business reviews to management. Additionally, you will nurture critical landlord relationships and identify strategic locations for store expansion to maximize profitability and reinforce TUMI’s premium market positioning in Thailand.
