About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Flight Operations/Accountable Manager (Flying), you will be responsible for leading and managing Callen Lenz’s flying training operations. This includes overseeing the design, development, and delivery of training programs for both Callen Lenz Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) test and evaluation and delivery Pilots and Operators and customer training on our platforms.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement comprehensive UAS training programs for Pilots, CU operators and other personnel, ensuring approval conformance and compliance with industry standards and regulations (CAA, MAA).
Ensure that training content is tailored to both civilian and military operational environments, addressing both technical skills and regulatory knowledge.
Support the creation customer specific training modules to support the Customer Support team.
Maintain and continually improve the Training Curriculum to ensure it is up to date with the latest technological advancements, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
