M&J is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator / CADD Designer to support the continued growth of our Transportation & Infrastructure practice in Texas. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys both project production and process improvement. The successful candidate will support the delivery of transportation, bridge, structural, and municipal infrastructure projects while helping establish digital delivery standards, workflows, and best practices within a growing engineering team. Responsibilities Project Delivery Support Prepare engineering plans, exhibits, details, and construction documents for transportation, bridge, structural, and municipal infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain plan production workflows using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer. Support engineers and project managers with design development, drafting, quantity calculations, and deliverable preparation.
