Your Role at Reputation: We’re looking for a talented and passionate UX/Product Designer who thrives on tackling complex problems and crafting seamless, elegant user experiences. User experience is at the forefront of how we design intuitive, innovative, and beautiful products that people love. This role will focus on contributing to the design and expansion of our product platform, collaborating cross-functionally, and delivering impactful solutions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal teams to see your designs come to life and make a meaningful impact for our customers and their businesses. How You’ll Shape the Experience: ● Collaborate early with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, customer success, and implementation/managed services to ensure UX design integration into the product lifecycle is technically feasible and meets design standards. ● Work closely with other UX team members and leadership to provide consistent experiences while simplifying complex user flows. ● Understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements for web and mobile. ● Conduct user research with internal teams and customers, analyze feedback, and translate insights into actionable design solutions. ● Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for adaptive web and mobile platforms. ● Support the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across products and functions. ● Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to usability testing and iteration cycles. ● Partner with product managers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. ● Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the UX Team.
