We are currently seeking a Vehicle Prepper and Sub Assembler to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented production environment. Key Responsibilities Complete assigned vehicle preparation and assembly tasks. Assist with staging, organizing, and moving materials throughout the production area. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Support production schedules by preparing vehicles and materials for upcoming work. Gather parts, tools, and equipment needed for vehicle assembly projects. Assist with quality-related corrections and rework as needed. Communicate material shortages, damaged components, or production concerns to supervisors. Follow established safety procedures and company standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience working with automotive parts, tools, or equipment is a plus. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
