Role : Video Editor (2D & 3D) Location: Gurgaon (Onsite) About the role : We're looking for someone who owns a video from raw idea to final export - not just someone who cuts what's handed to them. AI is part of your toolkit, not a gimmick. You'll shape concepts, sharpen scripts, and know instantly what a viral Reel needs versus a killer product film. What you'll own Short-form social, long-form content, paid ad creative, and product films AI-generated footage - prompting, shot direction, and consistent character/brand look across generations Concept and script input - stronger hooks, tighter edits, sharper storytelling New format pitches - you test, you iterate, you chase what performs Full post pipeline - color, sound, motion graphics, captions, platform-ready exports What you bring 2+ years editing in marketing, agency, or brand content or a self made artist. Real hands-on AI video generation skill - not just dabbling Sharp instincts for what works on Reels vs. long-form vs. paid Command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or CapCut A reel that shows range - AI-assisted work is a big plus Bonus points Experience with consumer tech, D2C, or lifestyle brands Strong motion design or sound design chops Comfort with Midjourney, Firefly, or similar for supporting assets If you live for the edit that makes people stop scrolling — let's talk.
