Reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager, you'll be the first impression of our brand-new headquarters, welcoming clients, candidates, partners, and executives alike. You'll own the end-to-end visitor experience, creating moments that feel seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely memorable—from the second someone walks through the door to the moment they leave. What you'll do: Be the face of the office - welcoming employees and guests with a warm, polished, and genuinely great first impression Keep the workplace humming by coordinating day-to-day operations (meeting rooms, supplies, mail/couriers—aka the behind-the-scenes magic) Manage the "Welcome" experience - from a tidy, inviting front area to seamless check-ins, visitor badges, and tracking Play a key role in bringing the office to life by supporting events, town halls, and team experiences Act as the connector between teams by working with vendors, building management, and internal partners to get things done Help keep our space looking and feeling world-class—clean, safe, accessible, and organized Stay on top of inventory, issue tracking, and workplace processes, keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently What you'll bring to the table: 3+ years in workplace or facilities management…
