Grade 10: $76,458 - $91,749   Work Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (Onsite)   General Summary (Grade 9N & 10): Under the direction of the manager, Visual Communications, work with project teams to conceptualize, design, produce and present visual communication solutions across print, digital, video and emerging media platforms for stakeholders including active and retired Ohio educators, contributing employers, investment and government entities, the retirement board and internal staff. Combine expertise in graphic design, video production, motion graphics, photography, digital storytelling and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered creative tools to strengthen State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) communications and maintain a consistent visual brand across channels.   Summary of Responsibilities (Grade 9N & 10): Work with communications strategists, web professionals, production staff and clients to understand project requirements and support the development of effective visual solutions across print, digital, video and multimedia platforms.
