Job Summary
The VP, Business Development- RPO is a senior business development and strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing executive-level client partnerships across healthcare systems nationwide. You will be responsible for acquiring and preserving new search agreements by using a consultative sales strategy that involves building positive relationships with key decision-makers. The role requires a deep understanding of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry landscape, trends, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development & Revenue Growth
Drive new client acquisition and market expansion through consultative sales strategies and executive relationship development.
Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined sales execution.
Identify, qualify, and close complex workforce solutions opportunities with healthcare systems and large provider organizations.
Develop strategic account plans to expand market share and create long-term client partnerships.
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional buying committees.
Executive Client Engagement
Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, workforce strategy teams, and operational stakeholders.
Facilitate executive-level discussions focused on workforce optimization, recruitment strategies, retention initiatives, and labor management.
Align talent acquisition solutions with core healthcare operational metrics, demonstrating how optimized hiring improves the Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Patient Experience (HCAHPS) scores
Thought Leadership & Market Influence
Represent AMN Healthcare at industry conferences, healthcare associations, and executive networking events.
Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, labor market dynamics, technology innovations, and competitive market intelligence.
