Job Description We are seeking a highly strategic and cross-functional leader to serve as VP, Campaign Management & Marketing Operations. This role will define how marketing campaigns are planned, prioritized, governed, and executed across the organization. The primary focus of this role is to build and lead a best-in-class Campaign Management function while establishing the planning frameworks, governance models, portfolio practices, marketing infrastructure, and investment visibility that enable marketing teams to operate as one connected organization. Leads the Campaign Management function while owning the Marketing Infrastructure and Marketing Investment Visibility capabilities, ensuring campaign planning, workflow systems, and investment data operate as one connected ecosystem. This leader will serve as the organization's expert on integrated campaign planning, portfolio management, marketing investment governance, and marketing infrastructure strategy, helping shape how marketing resources, priorities, information, and capabilities scale across the STARZ portfolio. Responsibilities Lead and evolve the Campaign Management function, establishing the planning frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that drive integrated campaign execution across the organization. Own the integrated Campaign Roadmap and Campaign Prioritization Framework, ensuring marketing investments, planning depth, resource allocation, and launch readiness align with business priorities. Lead portfolio planning across the STARZ slate, providing visibility into campaign timing, organizational capacity, investment levels, dependencies, and portfolio risks. Establish governance models, decision forums, and leadership review mechanisms that improve cross-functional alignment, accountability, and decision-making throughout the campaign lifecycle. Partner with leaders across Brand, Originals Marketing, Creative, Social, Growth, Media, Research, PR, and other functions to drive integrated planning and ensure campaigns are executed against shared objectives. Develop and maintain a portfolio-level view of marketing investments by leading marketing spend governance, investment visibility, portfolio reporting, and financial stewardship. Partner with Finance to strengthen budget planning, forecasting, reporting standards, and resource optimization while ensuring marketing leaders have the insights needed to make informed investment decisions. Define the vision for marketing infrastructure, including planning systems, workflow tools, data standards, taxonomy, reporting requirements, and governance models that enable connected planning, portfolio visibility, and organizational decision-making.
