About the Role We are seeking a Vice President – Finance & Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across Finance and Operations for our India business and global entities. This is a high-impact leadership role working closely with the CFO, CEO and global executive leadership , while also engaging with investors, investment bankers, banks, auditors and other strategic stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, financial controls, profitability and global finance , along with practical US GAAP knowledge. The role will focus on building a proactive Finance organization that improves profitability, strengthens cash flow, identifies revenue leakage, supports global expansion, drives finance transformation and provides actionable insights for business decisions. What You Will Do Financial Strategy & Planning • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow management. • Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions. • Monitor P&L, profitability, working capital and overall financial performance. • Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership. • Identify financial risks, opportunities and performance gaps proactively.
