About the Role: Join our team as a
Warehouse Receiving Coordinator and help keep our warehouse organized, efficient, and running at its best. You'll be responsible for receiving and verifying shipments, updating inventory, and ensuring materials are routed to the right place at the right time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in supporting a successful operation.

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Verify packing lists and shipment documentation
Purchase order organization
Record and update inventory in the warehouse management system
Label, tag, and route materials to appropriate storage locations
Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors or purchasing
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified)
Assist in vehicle readiness and light vehicle maintenance
Deliver parts to field technicians as needed
Maintain a clean, organized receiving area
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years previous warehouse/receiving/logistics experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory databases, and warehouse management systems
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures throughout the year.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
Good communication and organizational skills
General understanding of safety guidelines for a warehouse environment
Team-oriented attitude
Forklift experience preferred
