JOB SUMMARY Responsible for receiving, processing, and accounting of raw materials in support of Genezen at our Indiana location. Unloading/loading of materials at docks, receiving of materials, storage of material in appropriate storage zones, preparation, and shipping to customer orders. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Operate and maintain SISPQ (Safety, Identity, Strength, Purity, and Quality) of all cGMP consumables (e.g., raw material), finished product, and equipment throughout the supply chain life cycle. Accurately enter and process new material requests within the appropriate system. Track purchase order acknowledgments, order confirmations, expected delivery dates, and shipment updates. Review and manage minimum and maximum inventory levels weekly using master planning tools to support material availability. Assist the Buyer with verifying purchase order pricing, quantities, lead times, and other purchasing information for accuracy. Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Supply Chain teams to identify material needs and support the timely availability of materials. Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential shortages, delays, or other material availability concerns. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Receive incoming materials and ensure they are properly stored in designated warehouse locations in accordance with established procedures. Pick, stage, and issue materials to support production activities. Process inventory movements, transfers, and other material transactions accurately within the inventory management system. Maintain accurate inventory records and support overall warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.
