Your tasks & responsibilities?
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping everything running smoothly? Then this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. To strengthen our Waste Solutions team, we are looking for a Waste Solutions Administrator. In this role, you will support the administrative follow-up of waste shipments, permits, registrations, and certifications. You will join a specialized environment where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while working closely with colleagues, customers, and other external stakeholders.
You manage and review documentation related to waste transport, permits, and registrations.
You ensure that our records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date in line with applicable regulations.
You support the application, renewal, and follow-up of permits and registrations.
You prepare certificates, notifications, reports, and other regulatory documents.
You support the Sales team with customer questions related to documentation and certification.
You work closely with colleagues, transport companies, and government authorities to gather information and ensure files are completed correctly.
You maintain well-structured and organized administrative records, ensuring documents can be easily retrieved when needed.
You contribute to audit preparations and internal reporting activities.
Who are you?
You hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience - a first relevant work experience is a plus, but motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality and reliable results.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French and/or German is a strong asset.
