This Director role exists to lead that delivery. You will own the quality and execution of multiple concurrent client engagements, run the project management discipline that keeps them on track, and develop the consultants who staff them. This is an execution and expertise track, not a sales seat: your job is to make our delivery the reason clients trust and continue working with us. Under your leadership our project teams will turn our industry data and experience into insights clients act on. You will set the bar for analytical rigor and client-ready output, manage risk and escalations before they reach the client, and serve as the link between your delivery teams and management. Strong delivery naturally surfaces expansion opportunities, and you will flag and qualify those within this leadership role. A growing share of our work supports large client IT and digital programs to include ERP, GIS, customer information systems, DERMS and network modernization. On these engagements we co-own the sourcing, vendor selection, contract structuring and vendor governance rather than the technical implementation, and we often carry the same team into a standing vendor management or PMO role once the program is underway.
