Website Developer

We are looking for a Website Developer to join the SYNOVATIVE team and work on modern, responsive, high-performing websites and landing pages for real estate brands and other business clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of frontend development, WordPress and/or Next.js, with the ability to convert designs into functional websites and build pages that are optimized for performance, SEO, lead generation and user experience. You will work closely with our design, content, performance marketing and client servicing teams to develop websites that are not only visually appealing but also support our clients' marketing and business objectives. The role requires someone who can take ownership of website projects from development to launch, troubleshoot issues independently, and continuously learn new technologies. Requirements # Requirements: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in website development Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript Experience with responsive website development Hands-on experience with WordPress development Good understanding of React.js and/or Next.js Experience developing landing pages and lead-generation websites Knowledge of PHP and MySQL/database concepts Experience integrating forms, APIs and third-party tools Understanding of SEO-friendly website development Knowledge of website speed and performance optimization Understanding of domain, hosting and basic website deployment Experience with Git/version control is preferred Ability to convert Figma/PSD/design layouts into responsive websites Understanding of website security, backups and maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues independently Good understanding of UX/UI implementation Knowledge of Google Analytics, tracking codes, Meta Pixel and other marketing integrations will be an advantage Experience with real estate websites, digital marketing agencies or lead-generation websites will be preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment Willingness to learn new technologies, development frameworks and AI tools # Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for SYNOVATIVE clients Build websites using WordPress, Next.js, React.js and other suitable technologies Convert approved UI/UX designs into functional and responsive web pages Develop real estate project websites, corporate websites and lead-generation landing pages Build and integrate contact forms, enquiry forms and lead-generation mechanisms Integrate websites with CRM systems, APIs, WhatsApp and other third-party platforms Implement tracking requirements such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion events Optimize websites for speed, performance, mobile responsiveness and usability Follow basic technical SEO practices while developing websites Manage…
