About this Role Flare Construction, a Quanta Services company, has been building the West's civil and energy infrastructure since 1976. We're looking for a Welder Helper to join our Gas Division crew and get hands-on experience supporting skilled welders on active pipeline and facility construction projects. This position will be in the St. George, Utah area. What You'll Do Assist welders in setting up equipment and preparing materials for welding Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe Help monitor inventory and materials Operate power and hand tools as directed Assist with equipment inspections and basic maintenance Transport tools and materials to and from job sites Follow all safety protocols and Flare safety standards What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED preferred Basic knowledge of welding tools and equipment Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. and push/pull loads up to 50 lbs.
