Workday HCM Technical Analyst

You'll work across multiple Workday modules, collaborate with business and technical teams, and help transform HR processes through automation, analytics, and innovative solutions. No two days are the same. Influence the design and evolution of our HR technology landscape. Work with a broad range of Workday modules, integrations, security, reporting, and analytics. Interfaces and security will be your expertise area. Participate in challenging projects, enhancements, and new capabilities from concept through implementation. Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and vendors to deliver solutions that improve business processes and employee experience. Continuously learn and stay up to date on the latest Workday functionality, implementation trends and best practices.   Core Capabilities: System Configuration:  Experience deploying integrations for Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits, to align with business requirements. Data Management:  Manage data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system, including data imports, exports, and reporting. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data standards. Integration Expert:  Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking, IAM, and benefits administration). User Support:  Provide technical support and training to HR staff and end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Reporting and Analytics Expert:  Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide insights into HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
