Working Student - KPI Dashboards & Data Analytics (m/f/d) About the Role Are you passionate about data, analytics and automation? Join our team and gain hands-on experience building reporting solutions, connecting data from various business systems and creating insights that drive better decisions across the organization. Your Responsibilities Maintain, validate and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Analyse data, KPI definitions and reporting logic to identify inconsistencies and improvement opportunities. Support the integration and automation of data flows from sources such as ERP systems, SAP, SharePoint and Excel. Help structure and improve data models, master data and reporting processes. Gather requirements and coordinate open topics with stakeholders across different business functions. Translate complex data and KPIs into clear, management-ready insights and visualizations. Support project planning, documentation and implementation of reporting and analytics improvements. Your Profile Currently enrolled in Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field. Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modelling, Power Query and/or DAX). Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, business KPIs and reporting requirements. Good knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP, ERP systems, SharePoint, SQL or similar data sources is an advantage. Interest in data architecture, reporting automation and business processes. Structured and reliable working style with good communication skills. Good written and spoken English; German is an advantage.
