The hiring range for this position is $82,824.00 - $103,529.00/annually

OVERVIEW OF POSITION / DEPARTMENT
The Youth Violence Program Administrator , under the direction of the Intervention Programs Division Manager, oversees the youth violence prevention program to provide services to juveniles who are at-risk, or high-risk, and their families. They will coordinate with multiple community-based organizations, governmental agencies, and law enforcement agencies in these efforts.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, develop, implement, document, and manage strategies, goals, policies, procedures, and performance measures for the youth violence prevention program.
Track and report progress on goals and performance measures and make recommendations for changes or improvements to achieve desired outcomes.
Oversee daily operations of the youth violence prevention program.
Manage the referral process for internal and external stakeholders to make referrals to the Youth Violence Prevention Program.
Collaborate with city departments, community mental health agencies, community-based organizations, and school districts to ensure coordination among juvenile system agencies and the youth violence prevention program regarding at-risk juveniles.
Build and maintain relationships with community members, school administrators, and partnering agencies. Attend various meetings with each group.
