Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [operator's legal name] ("we", "us") for using JobRaah: the website, the browser extension and the Android app. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What JobRaah does

JobRaah finds jobs that fit your profile, prepares applications using the facts in your profile, fills in application forms with your saved answers, and helps you track replies. You stay in control: you approve which jobs to apply for, and on a hiring site you review the filled form and press the site's own Submit button yourself. JobRaah never answers screening "knockout" questions, diversity or self-identification questions, or signatures for you, and never solves CAPTCHAs.

2. No guarantee of results

We help you apply; we cannot promise interviews, offers or any reply from an employer. Hiring decisions are made by employers alone. We also can't guarantee that every listing is still open or genuine, although we try to filter out fake and closed jobs (see section 6 for credit refunds).

3. Your account

4. Your information and your applications

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Credits, plans and payments

7. The service can change

We keep improving JobRaah and may add, change or remove features. Job sites change too, so form filling on a particular site may sometimes stop working until we update it. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

JobRaah is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost job opportunities or earnings), and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using JobRaah and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Where possible we'll tell you first, and refund any unused paid credits if we close your account without you having broken these terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first (section 12). Disputes that can't be resolved are subject to the courts of [city], India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app or by email before important changes take effect. If you keep using JobRaah after that, the new terms apply.
